ჯეო ბილდინგ ბათუმის პროექტში, ფლაგმანმა განახორციელა ხანძარქრობის, სახანძრო ვენტილაციის, სახანძრო სიგნალიზაციის, საევაკუაციო/სამაუწყებლო სისტემებისა და სუსტი დენების სრული მონტაჟი NFPA სტანდარტების შესაბამისად.
რა განხორციელდა?
სპრინკლერის სისტემა დამონტაჟდა შენობის ყველა ზონაში. სისტემა ავტონომიურად მუშაობს და რეაგირებს მხოლოდ იმ ზონაში, სადაც ტემპერატურა კრიტიკულ ნიშნულს აღწევს.
სიგნალიზაციის სისტემა მოიცავს კვამლისა და სითბოს დეტექტორებს შენობის ყველა სართულზე. საფრთხის შემთხვევაში სიგნალი გადადის პასუხისმგებელ პირებთან და შენობის მართვის პანელზე.
ვენტილაციის სისტემა საგანგებო სიტუაციაში ავტომატურად გადადის სახანძრო რეჟიმში — კვამლი გაჰყავს შენობიდან და სართულებს შორის მის გავრცელებას აკონტროლებს.
საევაკუაციო/სამაუწყებლო სისტემა უზრუნველყოფს ხმოვან და ვიზუალურ გაფრთხილებას შენობის ყველა ზონაში, ევაკუაციის მიმართულების განათებასა და პირდაპირ სამაუწყებლო კავშირს სართულებს შორის.
სუსტი დენების სისტემა მოიცავს სტრუქტურული კაბელირების, ინტერნეტის, ვიდეომეთვალყურეობისა და წვდომის კონტროლის სრულ მონტაჟს — ყველა კაბელი მარკირებული და დოკუმენტირებულია.
On the Geo Building Batumi project, Flagman carried out the complete installation of fire suppression, smoke control ventilation, fire alarm, evacuation/public address and low-voltage systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
What was done?
The sprinkler system was installed in every zone of the building. It works autonomously and responds only in the zone where the temperature reaches a critical level.
The alarm system includes smoke and heat detectors on every floor. In case of danger, the signal goes to the responsible staff and to the building's control panel.
In an emergency, the ventilation system automatically switches to fire mode – it extracts smoke from the building and stops it spreading between floors.
The evacuation/public address system provides audible and visual alerts in every zone, exit-direction lighting and a direct broadcast link between floors.
The low-voltage system includes the complete installation of structured cabling, internet, video surveillance and access control – every cable is labelled and documented.
