საცხოვრებელ კომპლექს მარდი ჰილსში ფლაგმანმა განახორციელა ხანძარქრობის, სახანძრო ვენტილაციის, სახანძრო სიგნალიზაციის, საევაკუაციო/სამაუწყებლო სისტემების, ელექტრო გაყვანილობის, სუსტი დენების, წყალმომარაგება-კანალიზაციის, წყალარინება/სადრენაჟო სისტემების, სავენტილაციო სისტემებისა და გათბობა/გაგრილების სრული მონტაჟი NFPA სტანდარტების შესაბამისად.
რა განხორციელდა?
კომპლექსი რამდენიმე მაღალსართულიანი კორპუსისგან შედგება — რაც სახანძრო სისტემებისთვის განსაკუთრებულ მოთხოვნებს ქმნის. სპრინკლერის სისტემა დაიგო ყველა კორპუსში დამოუკიდებლად, თითოეული შენობის სართულების რაოდენობისა და განლაგების გათვალისწინებით. სიგნალიზაცია და საევაკუაციო სისტემა ინტეგრირებულია საერთო მართვის პანელთან — საგანგებო სიტუაციაში ყველა კორპუსი ერთდროულად იღებს სიგნალს.
ელექტრო გაყვანილობა და სუსტი დენები განხორციელდა მასშტაბური კომპლექსის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად — ბინები, საერთო ფართები, კომერციული სივრცეები და პარკინგი ცალ-ცალკე კონტურებადაა დაჯგუფებული.
წყალმომარაგება და კანალიზაცია დაპროექტდა მაღალსართულიანი შენობების სპეციფიკით — წნევის სტაბილურობა უზრუნველყოფილია ყველა სართულზე. წყალარინება და დრენაჟი შემუშავდა მთის რელიეფის გათვალისწინებით, ნიადაგის წყლისა და ნალექის სწორი მართვით.
გათბობა/გაგრილება და ვენტილაცია შერჩეულია ბათუმის კლიმატური პირობებისთვის — მაღალი ტენიანობისა და ტემპერატურის რყევების გათვალისწინებით.
At the Mardi Hills residential complex, Flagman carried out the complete installation of fire suppression, smoke control ventilation, fire alarm, evacuation/public address, electrical wiring, low-voltage, water supply and sewage, stormwater/drainage, ventilation and heating/cooling systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
What was done?
The complex consists of several high-rise buildings, which places special demands on fire safety systems. The sprinkler system was installed independently in each building, based on its number of floors and layout. The alarm and evacuation systems are integrated with a shared control panel – in an emergency, every building receives the signal at the same time.
Electrical wiring and low-voltage systems were delivered to the requirements of a large complex – apartments, common areas, commercial spaces and parking are grouped into separate circuits.
Water supply and sewage were designed for high-rise buildings – stable pressure is ensured on every floor. Stormwater and drainage were designed for the mountain terrain, with proper management of groundwater and rainfall.
Heating/cooling and ventilation were selected for Batumi's climate – accounting for high humidity and temperature swings.
